  • HACCP system is the system to scientifically analyze situations in which biological, chemical and physical understanding factors are occurring in each process such as production, harvesting, transporting, manufacturing, processing, storing, distribution and cooking of raw materials and provide safe and clean products to our customers by blocking the condition of occurrence for hazard factors in advance.


  • Food Sanitation Act (Livestock products sanitary control Act) is the post-measure about result and HACCP system is the preventive management system for hazard factors. In other words, place of origin is inspected first and residual pesticide or harmful heavy metals are inspected up to farming boundaries. In addition, all hazard elements occurring in steps for production, manufacturing, processing, distribution and consumers’ intake of food are examined. It assures that systematic and efficient management is performed safely.

  • Since safety and hygiene of products produced through HACCP system are guaranteed, consumers can eat them safely. HACCP system is the key system of food safety.

  • From Bumsan Dairy Farm to the dining table, HACCP systems for the whole process of four items including livestock farming, collection of milk, process for bottling and delivery system has been certified in May 2008
